Things You Need To Know

We founded A.Moore Enterprises with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers.

Our store policies are detailed below. Please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!
All sales are FINAL.

Items can only be returned IF they are damaged and within 15 days after they have been received. Post-15 days will be non-returnable.

All Returns must be in their original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or signs that the item has been worn or used, and with the original receipt.

Damaged items returned within that 15-day window will receive in-store credit. There will be no cash/credit/debit refunds.

Items returned need to be shipped via USPS, upon request, a shipping label will be provided for any returns ONLY IF the product(s) proves to be damaged and/or defective.

Please note: All items will be inspected prior to your order being processed. Here at LEGGINGS & MOORE, we will ensure top quality of all products and customer service.

Please note: Due to COVID-19, a 5-day grace period will be given for all returns to accommodate any delays that might occur.

To process your return order: 
  • Free return shipping will not be provided for items that are not damaged or defective.
  • Please (if applicable) utilize the mailer box that the items were originally provided in. LEGGINGS & MOORE  will not cover the cost of a new mailer box or bag for items to be re-shipped.
  • Items MUST be shipped back via USPS Include the original packing slip or your name and email address (one used to place the order) in the return.
  • You may ship back multiple orders in the same package as long as you include the packing slips for each order.
